On behalf of our mentors, co-officers, members, friends and visitors. We, the SMC Family, would like to thank all the members and friends who arduously spend their precious time and been sharing their time faithfully in making this group exist in Yahoo Chat World. Survivor Music Clan started last July1, 2010. It was composed of loyal and selected members from various clans. Our quest of putting this organization is unique and has been guided with core responsibility. We have certain proposed projects and you will see our vision in the future. We will be starting a project that will help our street children and we will be involved with government sectors on which we can make full use of our rights as a citizen of this country. We are hoping that you will also be a part of this clan and we can assure you that you will meet real people not only virtually but also in real life.

SMC’s MEDICAL MISSION AND FEEDING PROGRAM



MISSION STATEMENT
            “Providing hope for the less privileged through free health care services and complimentary food in Malabon, M.M. Philippines...”

THE GOALS
*    To provide medical aid and to feed indigent people of developing and economically depressed regions throughout the Philippines.
*   To provide treatment of patients on every scheduled medical mission trips all over the Philippines.
*   To promote healthy living through education and disease prevention practices. 

           Health care professionals consisting of medical doctors and nurses from different corners of the Philippines and non-medical volunteers were assembled. The team will go to Malabon, Philippines with medicines, medical equipments, medical supplies, and food and beverages worth thousands of pesos. The team/organization will help and feed about 200 people.







The mission will primarily focus on the following:







1. Consultation
*Eye (Laser and Cataract Specialization)
*Diabetes
*Hypertension

2. Blood Sugar Monitoring (CBG)
*Fasting
*Random

3. Blood Pressure (BP)

4. Reading Glasses

5. Feeding People
